Skills and Training
We have three highly experienced Operations Managers. They have 10 or more years of service industry experience and hold both the NZQA Assessor certification and NZQA level 2 Certificate in Cleaning and Caretaking. They utilise their skills and qualifications to mentor and coach Franchisees. All Franchisees hold the NZQA Level 2 Certification in Cleaning and Caretaking.
Quality Systems
Quality audit results are kept within our purpose-built CRM system which is consistently monitored by our Operations and Admin team to ensure compliance.
Service Delivery
Our cleaning methodology has been developed to consistently achieve the highest standard of cleanliness and disinfection. We are constantly researching new cleaning techniques to improve on this methodology.
